These are the rules for our yoga challenges:

30 Day Challenge

Practise one class a day at Bikram Yoga Richmond for 30 consecutive days.

If you travel away, it is possible to practise a limited number of classes at another Bikram Yoga studio. Proof of attendance at the other studio will be required and will be accepted at Johnny’s discretion.

In exceptional circumstances, you can catch up on a missed day by completing two classes in a day, again, at Johnny’s discretion. Only one instance of this will be accepted during the 30 days.

Complete the 30 Day Challenge and earn a £50 discount on your next package purchase.

100 Day Challenge

Rules are the same as 30 Day Challenge.

Marathon Challenge

Practise all classes on the Bikram Yoga Richmond schedule for seven consecutive days.

This challenge is not for new students and should be discussed with Johnny before being attempted.
