On Monday 6th January we launch our new schedule for 2014. This includes a number of class time changes, Bikram 60min classes and from mid-February a unique new format morning practice. We recommend first-time students practise the 90 minute class to begin with. Our front doors close as class begins so if you are late you will not get into class.
